1.   Carrying out laying of PVC pipes, Casing, Telephone cables, Termination and instruments with supply of materials since 2003 at Bharti Telenet Ltd., (Touchtel) Chennai.  

2.   Rosemount SO2 Monitoring system Installation including supply of cable trays, structural steel, SS fittings, and Laying of sample tubes and Commissioning at CPCL Chennai.

3.   Installation of JB. Boda’s Gas detectors system panel, detectors including supply of stanchion supports, Laying of cables, Fixing of Junction Boxes, Erection of Panel, Panel wiring including supply of cables, Lugs, Printed ferrules, Loop checking, Commissioning at CPCL Chennai.

4.   Installation of Instrument Panel, Laying of cables on the trays and under the trenches, Filling of cable trenches with supply of River sand, Fixing of Instruments, Calibration, Loop checking and Commissioning at CPCL Chennai.

5.   Installation of analyser panel including fabrication of base, Laying of SS tubes with TIG welding, Checking and Commissioning at MFL, Manali, Chennai.

6.   Installation of PLC Panel, Panel wiring, Instrument Installation, Manifold fabrication,   Loop checking and commissioning at UP grading of MRF plan at Hydrabad, Pondicherry through Dr.soft Engineers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd.,        

7.   Installation of YBL DCS Panel, Fabrication of panel base, DCS Panel wiring including supply of cables, Lugs, Elmex fuse type and Ordinary types TBS, Loop checking and Commissioning at CPCL Refinery - I.

8.   Installation of panel, fabrication of panel, Panel wiring including supply of cables, Lugs, printed ferrules, Laying of cables, fixing of Junction Boxes, Mounting of Instruments, Loop checking,  Commissioning and supply of Man power for start up work at Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, Mannurkudi through Dr.soft Engineers & Consultants Pvt. Ltd.,

9.   We have carried out the Project of Auto truck Loading Facilities at CPCL, Chennai through YBL, Bangalore. Installation of SAAB RTG, MRTD, Batch Controllers, RITs, Card Readers, Power, signal and Communication cable laying and termination as per drawing, Installation of PCs, Printers, UPS panels, Instrument control Panels, D. Links, supply of structural steel, Printed ferrules, Glands, Lugs, loop checking and commissioning etc.,                                                                 

10.  Installation of panel and wiring for E+H flow meters at various places in Chennai through E+H.

11. Installation of instruments, fabrication of manifold, calibration, loop checking and commissioning works carried out through Viduit and Company (I) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai at CPCL Revamping project.

12. Installation of instruments, fabrication of manifold, erection of cable duct, cable trays, laying of cables, termination, panels including supply of materials, calibration, loop checking and commissioning works carried out through A.N. Instrument, Kolkata at CPCL Denox project.

13. Installation of instruments, fabrication of manifold, erection of turbidity analyzer, conductivity analyzer, ORP analyzer etc., calibration, loop checking and commissioning works carried out through Doshi Ion Exchange & Chemical Industries Ltd., Ahmedabad at CPCL TTP Expansion plant.

14. Installation of stack monitoring system at CPCL Ref – III Plant including supply of structural steel, cable trays, cables and consumable items through Emerson Process Management (I) Pvt. Ltd., (Rosemount), Mumbai.

15. Installation, erection work of Terminal Automation for Bulk LPG Terminal including erection of weigh bridge system including platform, cabling for load cells and supply manpower for calibration of weigh bridge including supply of cable trays, structural steel, ladder trays etc., at IOTL, Manali, Chennai through Daniel Measurement  and Control (I) Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara. 

16. Erection of panels at CPCL Ref – III through YIL, Bangalore.  Including erection of annunciators, CCTV and  cable laying etc.,

17. Erection of panels, annuncitaors, CCTV, operator consoles, removing of old panels during shutdown at CPCL Ref – II through YIL, Bangalore.
